Weekly Patch Notes
Overview
This release includes quality-of-life improvements, file upload validations, and fixes to the stoplight system, dashboard displays, and bulk operations. Additionally, a detailed explanation of the district-level rollover feature is provided below.
District Level Rollover – Feature Overview
Districts now have independent control over rollover settings, even when a County of Education (COE) has enabled rollover functionality. Here's how it works:
- COEs can enable or disable rollover for consent to treat, consent to bill, insurance information, and medical necessity across their member districts.
- Member districts can independently opt in or out of any rollover features they prefer.
- Configuration is initiated by the COE admin in the rollover settings, which are then accessed by the member district's LEA admin.
- Once a member district's LEA admin updates and saves their rollover settings, that district uses its own configuration going forward.
- Further changes made by the COE admin will no longer affect that member district — only the member district's LEA admin can modify rollover settings thereafter.
Insurance & Consent Management
- Fixed — Typo in existing insurance company addition. A spelling/grammar error in the insurance company form has been corrected for proper sentence flow.
- Fixed — One-click consent link requirements. Changed from requiring company name to now requiring only ID and member name, consistent with the insurance page.
Student Management
- Fixed — Multiple simultaneous student additions causing errors. When multiple users attempted to add students simultaneously, the platform would error. This root cause has been resolved, fixing issues some districts experienced with the add student feature.
- Fixed — Dashboard notification persistence. Notes that were rejected or accepted now remain only in their respective tabs instead of appearing on the main dashboard.
File Management & Uploads
- New — File upload size validation. A notification now appears when users attempt to upload files exceeding 50 MB, preventing bulk upload failures for consents and other items.
- Improved — ERA uploads for VCOE (useful for the billing team.)
Student Status Tracking
- Fixed — Stoplight view color mismatch. Resolved an issue where students displayed as red in the stoplight view but appeared green elsewhere. Ongoing work continues on the stoplight system; additional fixes are expected in future releases.
Practitioner & Administrative Tools
- Improved — Practitioner efficiency calculations. Efficiency metrics have been recalibrated for improved accuracy.
- Fixed — PDF generation uploader attribution. Bulk-uploaded documents now display "Healthy Campus IT" as the uploader rather than the individual who opened the file, accurately reflecting the source of bulk uploads.
- Fixed — Supervisor/admin dashboard billing display error. Resolved an issue where switching roles between admin and supervisor would cause the dashboard to display other districts' billing statistics. Role switching now works correctly.
