Overview
This release focuses on claims workflow accuracy, reporting fixes, dashboard navigation, data consistency, and expanded billing eligibility.
Claims Workflow
- Improved routing logic for the approval needed claims bucket to ensure each claim in the bucket genuinely requires approval and does not need further action elsewhere.
- Implemented functionality to apply the consensus bill to previous encounters that have not yet been billed, expanding the number of claims eligible for submission.
Reporting
New - Use the in-app report request feature to submit a reporting request straight to our dev team!
- Fixed the enrollment export report to ensure it is fully downloadable for all users with access
Dashboard & Navigation
- Restored click-through routing on the claims dashboard widget so clicking the widget navigates directly to the claims page.
Data Consistency
- Aligned the paid claims widget and total revenue widget to display consistent values, resolving a discrepancy caused by differing data refresh schedules.
