Weekly Patch Notes
Overview
This release includes critical fixes to student filtering, data caching, and practitioner access, along with improvements to student management features and consent workflows.
Student Management & Filtering
- Fixed — Filtering by green, yellow, and red students. The filter was reading the incorrect student year, causing improper display. All status filters now work correctly within the student tab of the platform.
- Fixed — Student count sync (enrollment widget & student page). Enrollment count and student page count are now synchronized.
- Fixed — Practitioners unable to view students when logging in for the new school year. Practitioners now have proper access to students and schools alike.
Data & Caching
- Fixed — Different district services appearing across districts. Data caching issue where COE or LEA admins logged into the same browser would have service data shared across browser tabs.
- Fixed — Form text size in service sessions. Text within forms during walk-in or scheduled sessions is now larger and easier to read, including multi-choice questions, radio buttons, and selection fields.
District Administration
- New — District level rollover control. After a county of education enables insurance or consent rollovers, districts can now independently control whether rollover is enabled or disabled for their district.
Student & Admin Features
- Fixed — Add student feature: SSID generation button removed. The generate button for SSID (left from testing) has been removed. SSIDs are now required to be manually filled in or pasted in. (Only accessible to Admins)
- Fixed — School list dropdown when adding a practitioner or supervisor not showing names, only IDs. School dropdown now displays correctly with the names.
Consent & Documentation
- Fixed — Consent verbiage not saving. Consent to bill and consent to treat verbiage now updates correctly on the 'enrollments' page.
