Overview
This release focuses on parent and family portal enhancements, practitioner collaboration, claims reporting improvements, consent workflow usability, form configuration, and billing accuracy.
Parent & Family Portal
- Added a shared folder in the parent and family portal, providing a secure location to share documents directly with parent accounts.
Practitioner Collaboration
- Practitioners can now share the after visit summary (PDF) with other practitioners on the platform, making it easier to loop in colleagues on a specific service.
Navigation & Usability
- Added hyperlinking on practitioner and student names across the platform, so clicking a name routes directly to that individual’s profile.
Claims & Reporting
- Added a paid date column to the claims export file, giving additional insight into when a claim was paid.
- Added a district column to the claims export file to clarify which district each claim is associated with.
- Resolved ERA processing issues to ensure the paid claims bucket accurately reflects payment amounts from pay spans.
- Improved routing logic for the ready for submission (RFS) bucket, adding multiple conditional checks to ensure claims land in the correct status.
Consent & Forms
- Updated the maturity consent pop-up to use radio buttons instead of checkboxes, making it clearer that practitioners should select one option.
- Cleaned up form conditional logic and scoring by removing the double equals operator, making form configuration more consistent and easier to understand.
History & Service Tracking
- Added unit counts to the history tab for students and practitioners. For any unit-based service, the number of units now appears in parentheses next to the service title.
Billing Accuracy
- Fixed an issue to ensure all practitioners can select between 1 and 8 units for all unit-based services and CPT codes.
