Claims Workflow
- Improved — Enhanced the way paid and denied claims are managed within the platform, improving the accuracy and reliability of claims processing behind the scenes.
User Management
- New — Admin users can now create other admin users for their organization directly within the platform. Previously, this required contacting support or a Healthy Campus account manager.
Dashboard & Reporting
- Corrected — Resolved discrepancies in the total sessions count displayed on the dashboard widget. Session totals now accurately reflect the correct numbers.
Practitioner Tools
- Fixed — Resolved an issue where certain forms were not available to users during active sessions. All expected forms now load correctly.
Consent Management
- Fixed — Corrected an issue where consents were not loading properly in the platform. Consent records are now visible and display as expected.
Approval Workflow
