Weekly Patch Notes
Overview
This release introduces non-sign-on consent sharing, improves navigation and practitioner access controls, and optimizes insurance upload processes.
Consent Management
- New — Non-sign-on consent link. Consent links are now available under the student's profile tab. Copy the link to the left of the edit button and share with parents or students to add consents directly. Note: Consent removal functionality is not yet available.
Student Management & Navigation
- Fixed — Back button navigation in student profiles. Previously, the back button would return users to the first page. It now returns users to the page they originally navigated from (e.g., navigating away from page 8 will return to page 8).
- Fixed — Practitioners accessing schools outside their scope. A glitch allowed practitioners to view schools within their district that were not assigned to them. Practitioner scope access is now properly restricted.
Group Documentation
- Fixed — Group logic with red students. The ability to create and document groups containing red students (lacking consent signatures) now works correctly.
Insurance Management
- Improved — Insurance upload logic. Internal insurance upload processes have been optimized for improved performance and reliability.
