Overview
This release focuses on bug fixes, data integrity improvements, expanded file support, practitioner efficiency tracking, and platform reliability enhancements.
Audit & Tracking
- New — All supervisor, ORP, and Tier 2 supervisor assignments are now fully logged, enabling auditing of assignment actions going forward.
Claims Workflow
- Resolved an edge case where certain services were not correctly routed to the non-billable claims bucket. Historical records have been corrected and logic updated going forward.
- Affirmed that claims associated with a signed consensus bill can be processed and submitted by the system, expanding the number of eligible claims.
- Restored the ability to filter claims by district, toggle between county-wide and individual district views, and clear filter selections.
Insurance & Eligibility
- Corrected misspelled and mismatched insurance company names across student records to improve insurance matching accuracy.
- Fixed a logic issue with the 26/27 age delineation for insurance so that students with valid uploaded insurance correctly display as cleared.
- Ran a cleanup for an org where "None Given" was incorrectly set as the active primary insurance for many students, which caused inaccurate clearance statuses and pushed claims into billing issues.
Dashboard & Reporting
- Fixed an issue where approved notes were not leaving the dashboard after approval, caused by a duplicate record ID.
- Aligned the paid claims widget and total revenue widget to display consistent values by consolidating the underlying data sources.
Practitioner Tools
- Fixed a bug where editing a session from a student's profile could cause it to incorrectly display as a group session. Editing now works correctly from both student and practitioner profiles.
- Practitioner efficiency calculations now correctly account for units-based services, multiplying minutes by the number of units selected. This is the first of several upcoming accuracy improvements to the efficiency calendar.
Platform & File Management
- Expanded accepted file types in Important Docs to include images, Excel files, document files, and CSVs.
- Fixed a security configuration issue that caused errors when opening platform links shared through external tools like Teams.
May the 4th be with you!
