Overview
This release addresses several bug fixes across the platform, including issues with document downloads, insurance data integrity, supervisor visibility, and session management. Additional logging improvements have also been added to support better tracking of key assignments.
Platform & File Management
- Fixed — After Visit Summary PDF downloads were failing from the history section. Users reported trouble downloading After Visit Summary PDFs from the history area of the platform. This has been resolved and downloads now work as expected.
Insurance & Eligibility
- Resolved — Incidents where Blue Cross Blue Shield appeared incorrectly have been resolved. Some student records were displaying an incorrect Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance instance. This has been corrected across all affected records.
Practitioner Tools
- Fixed — Insurance notes were not appearing for supervisors. Supervisors were unable to view insurance notes. This has been resolved, and the change page query has been optimized for faster load times. Search functionality on the change page has also been improved to no longer trigger on every character typed.
- Fixed — Sessions were not saving or reopening correctly as drafts. Users reported issues saving sessions as drafts and reopening them later. Additionally, forms and services were sometimes missing from drafts when they were reopened. These issues have been resolved.
Audit & Tracking
- New — Enhanced logging for assignment tracking. Additional logging has been added to track when certain assignments are made, including supervisors and tier two supervisors, improving internal visibility into assignment changes.
Supervisor Workflow
- Improved — Approval screen now displays billing units and CPT codes. The approval screen has been updated with new columns for duration and billing units, and now displays all CPT codes associated with sessions. The date column has been removed.
