Overview
This release includes new reporting features, fixes to group attendance logic, security improvements for consent links, and optimizations to insurance and submission processes.
Reporting & Documentation
- New — School location on enrollment report. Enrollment reports now include school location and address information.
- Fixed — Absent students appearing in group service records. Students marked as absent in group sessions no longer show service records for that group.
Student Management
- Fixed — Faulty edit button on student profile.
Insurance Management
- Fixed — Insurance auto save errors. Insurance auto save displayed that it had failed and resulted in the insurance not saving to a student's profile.
Practitioner Tools
- Fixed — Submission failures. Resolved an issue causing submissions to fail under certain circumstances for practitioners.
- Fixed — Efficiency minute calculation errors. Minutes were displaying incorrectly (e.g., showing 15 when it should display 45). Calculations now reflect accurate time entries.
- Fixed — An issue that would cause certain forms to fail to save as drafts if 'required' sections were not filled out.
Student Status Tracking
- Improved — Stoplight status accuracy. Optimized the stoplight feature where certain students were displaying as red when they should be green, and vice versa. Investigations into edge cases are ongoing.
Security
- Improved — One-click consent link security. Security enhancements have been implemented for one-click consent links.
