Overview
This release delivers a new insurance discovery capability along with a set of fixes to medical necessity workflows, service name reuse, and insurance rollover status accuracy.
Insurance & Eligibility
- New — Insurance discovery (Front Runner verification). Super admins can enable insurance discovery within a district and grant access to LEA admins, COE admins, and other admin roles. Enabled admins can then search for a student's existing insurance and receive a yes/no result. A separate guide will follow with full details.
- Fixed — Insurance rollover status card color and delay. Student status cards were displaying the wrong color or taking 24–48 hours to update. With rollover enabled, cards now update instantly to the correct color (green, yellow, etc.).
Practitioner Tools
- Fixed — Medical necessity pop-up not reopening on tier reselection. In the student overview, the medical necessity pop-up would not reappear after changing or reselecting a tier. The pop-up now reopens correctly so the tier can be adjusted as needed.
- Fixed — Medical necessity bundle selection error. When establishing medical necessity, clicking a service bundle triggered a "please select one" error instead of allowing the selection. This is resolved for both single services and bundles.
Forms & Documentation
- Fixed — Reusing a service name after deletion. A custom service name (e.g., "Enrollment") could not be reused for a new form while the deleted original remained in the trash bin. Service names can now be reused without clearing the trash bin first.
