Overview
This was a lighter week with no major push — primarily small, org-specific bug fixes, most of which were resolved and deployed to production throughout the week. Items cover payment accuracy, session submissions, branding, note templates, and user roles.
Claims & Payment
- Fixed — Payment amount discrepancy. Resolved a discrepancy in payment amounts for an org. The fix is scheduled to deploy to production this week and will be verified in prod, since pre-prod does not reflect accurate payment figures.
Practitioner Tools
- Fixed — Incorrect session date on group submissions. Resolved an issue where a session date was displaying incorrectly for a group. This has been deployed to production.
Forms & Documentation
- Fixed — Note templates displaying globally. Corrected an issue where a site's note templates were showing globally rather than scoped correctly, and where the correct number of note templates was not displaying. Templates now appear properly on walk-in services.
Platform & Branding
- Fixed — Incorrect logo on services. Resolved an issue where a site's logo was not displaying correctly on certain services (showing a generic label instead of the org's logo). The correct logo now displays, verified on the platform.
User Management
- Updated — User roles adjustment. Removed supervisor roles for an org's members and set them to LEA admin, per the org's request, as the supervisor role was not needed.
