Overview
This release focuses on bug fixes across group service documentation, claims accuracy and denials, session data integrity, and navigation, along with resolution of an urgent issue where services were disappearing from a bundle.
Claims Workflow
- Fixed — Denials from a missing modifier. An internal claims fix was applied that should reduce denials in the claims submission process.
- Fixed — Services disappearing from a bundle. An urgent issue was resolved where a service bundle was generating duplicate unbillable services while two of the bundle's services went missing. The bug has been addressed and corrected.
- Improved — History status filter. The status filter on the History page now lets users filter services by status (submitted, rejected, etc.), making the page easier to navigate. This makes it easier for practitioners to see rejected services in one place and go back in to make the necessary edits.
Practitioner Tools
- Fixed — Group service documentation with partial clearance. Users were unable to document a group service when only one of the students was cleared. This has been resolved.
- Fixed — ORP selection. The correct user was not appearing or could not be selected during ORP selection. This has been addressed.
- Fixed — Session info bugs. Several session documentation issues were resolved: a single selected CPT code appearing as multiple selected codes when the note reached the supervisor; the date of service changing after submission so the supervisor saw a different date than the practitioner entered; and the number of units defaulting back to one instead of persisting the practitioner's selection.
- Fixed — "Back to group list" breadcrumb. The breadcrumb was navigating to the wrong section. It now returns to the correct location.
Dashboard & Reporting
- Fixed — Inaccurate claims totals. Figures across the dashboard were inconsistent — in part a bug, and in part a display issue where one widget was actually showing the correct number but appeared incorrect alongside the others. The figures displayed across the dashboard are now consistent.
