Overview This release delivers a set of targeted bug fixes across form creation, claims and payment accuracy, insurance clearance, and dashboard reporting, along with a new expandable session screen that gives practitioners more room to work.
Forms & Documentation
- Fixed — Autofill interfering with form and service creation. An autofill pop-up was appearing during form and service creation, and selecting a value from it wasn't being detected as valid. Autofill has been disabled on these fields so that all inputs created during form and service setup are recognized as valid.
- Fixed — FIOMP note template not displaying on session PDFs. A bug prevented the FIOMP note template from rendering on the After Visit Summary PDF. Sessions using that template now display correctly on the PDF.
Claims Workflow
- Improved — ERA and payment accuracy. We addressed several ERA and payment issues, so the totals shown in the paid bucket are now more accurate.
- Fixed — Rejected claims appearing in the submitted bucket. A bug was causing claims with a rejected status to appear in the submitted bucket. These have been moved to RFS.
Insurance & Eligibility
- Corrected — Inaccurate insurance clearance status. Some students appeared green (cleared) in the student search widget but, on opening their profile, were missing insurance and showed a yellow clearance card. We've reconciled this and added additional insurance checks so the clearance status displayed is accurate.
Dashboard & Reporting
- Fixed — Inaccurate sessions widget total. The sessions widget on the dashboard was reflecting an incorrect total session count. This has been resolved.
Practitioner Tools
- New — Expandable session screen UI. A new toggle lets practitioners expand the services side of the session screen or collapse it to expand the notes area, giving more screen real estate to work with during a session.
- Fixed — Unsaved service edits appearing mid-session. In a specific edge case, editing a service mid-session could surface those details even when the service hadn't been fully saved. This has been resolved.
