Overview This release centers on a complete overhaul of practitioner efficiency for fully accurate reporting, alongside several targeted bug fixes across forms, signatures, claims, and the calendar. It also restores phone-based login for the parent/guardian portal and introduces a new Consent to Treat bypass that expands the platform's documentation capabilities.
Practitioner Tools
- Improved — Practitioner efficiency overhaul. Practitioner efficiency received a complete overhaul. We worked closely with the development team to verify that all reported data and figures are 100% accurate, and the feature has been deployed with confidence in the values displayed. This unlocks reliable, key insights into practitioner performance.
- Fixed — Minutes not displaying correctly on the calendar. As part of the efficiency revision, minutes that were not displaying correctly on the calendar have been corrected.
Forms & Documentation
- Fixed — Multiple choice required fields not persisting. An internally discovered bug caused required multiple choice fields to not carry through in specific edge cases. Required fields identified during form creation now persist correctly when the form is in use.
- Fixed — Signature cursor alignment. The signature was rendering slightly off from the cursor position. This has been resolved.
Claims Workflow
- Fixed — NOD claims issue. An issue affecting NOD claims has been resolved, which should help streamline the claims process and reduce some of the denials we've been seeing.
Parent & Guardian Portal
- Fixed — Phone OTP login re-enabled. Login via phone one-time passcode (OTP) has been re-enabled, allowing parents and guardians to access the platform that way again.
Consent & Documentation
- New — Consent to Treat bypass. The Consent to Treat bypass has been reintroduced with a less restrictive flow. Instead of blocking the action, the platform now displays a pop-up notifying the practitioner that documenting a service without a consent to treat will result in an unbillable claim. This enables documenting services for students without a consent on file, expanding the platform as both a documentation tool and a claim-generation tool.
