Overview
This release delivers a set of targeted bug fixes and UI improvements across forms, insurance eligibility, file uploads, and practitioner tools, along with performance enhancements to the practitioner efficiency widget and calendar.
Forms & Documentation
- Fixed — Scored forms displaying a dash. A specific scored form that was rendering as a dash instead of showing the score now displays correctly.
- Improved — Smart field question ordering. When smart fields are configured on a form, the conditional question now appears directly below its triggering question instead of being pushed to the bottom of the form. The form flow reads in a much more logical order.
- Fixed — Note viewing display. Notes were rendering inside a small, cramped box that cut off content. The view has been expanded so the full note text is visible.
Insurance & Eligibility
- Corrected — Insurance clearance status check. The clearance check has been tightened to require both an insurance provider and a member ID before a student can be marked as cleared. Previously, students could appear green even when no insurance information was on file. This may shift clearance status for some students whose records are missing these fields.
Practitioner Tools
- Improved — Practitioner efficiency widget and calendar performance. Load times have been optimized for both the practitioner efficiency widget and the calendar.
- Updated — Removed hard-coded ID from practitioner profiles. A legacy identifier (carried over from early designs) that was appearing on practitioner profiles has been removed from the UI to reduce confusion.
Enrollment
- Fixed — Enrollment widget district filter. The district filter on the enrollment widget was not allowing users to select the correct district to modify data. Filtering now works as expected.
Platform & File Management
- Fixed — Document upload via browse and select. On the Important Docs upload, users were unable to add files by browsing and selecting them (drag-and-drop was still working). Both methods now function correctly.
