Overview
This release focuses on claims processing improvements, expanded practitioner flexibility with CPT modifiers, and several quality-of-life fixes for session documentation and inactive student management.
Claims Workflow
- Improved — Claims submission and processing. Backend fixes have been applied to streamline claims submission and processing, which should reduce claim rejections going forward.
- Improved — ERA upload visibility. Updates to the ERA uploading functionality improve visibility into paid and denied claims buckets, making it easier to track claim status.
Practitioner Tools
- New — Optional modifiers for CPT codes. Optional modifiers are now configurable in the fee schedule. For CPT codes with optional modifiers available, practitioners can select from a dropdown to apply the appropriate modifier during a session.
- Fixed — Editing session start time, end time, and date. Practitioners can now edit the start time, end time, and date when documenting services on the end session screen. Previously, edits on this screen were not saving correctly.
Student & Insurance Management
- Updated — Insurance records for inactive students. Users can now update insurance records and view history on inactive student profiles, expanding what can be maintained after a student becomes inactive.
Platform & File Management
- Updated — Bulk upload documentation. Bulk upload fields now include documentation for the 2025–26 and 2026–27 school years, streamlining the bulk upload process for users who rely on it.
