Overview
This release primarily includes bug fixes along with one platform enhancement focused on practitioner profile completeness and service delivery requirements.
Enhancements
- Added a platform-level block that prevents practitioners from delivering services if their profile is incomplete. All required profile information must be filled out before services can be delivered. Additionally, practitioners whose licensure requires a supervisor will be unable to deliver services until a supervisor has been assigned to their account.
Bug Fixes
- Updated the billing issues export file to display all applicable billing reasons for a claim, rather than only one. Users can now view multiple issues associated with a single claim in the export.
- Deployed a fix to the claims export report, which was slightly off following last week’s release. All admin users can now successfully download the report.
- Updated the caseload transfer feature to allow admins to share a student’s historical data with a practitioner via the access log. This ensures there is never a situation where a student’s history has no visible practitioner associated with it.
- Fixed issues with unit-based services, ensuring users can select between 1 and 8 units for CPT codes designated as unit-based. The scheduling for those claims now correctly reflects the number of units selected, and each CPT code is billed according to the unit amount chosen.
