Overview
This release focuses on admin reporting, caseload management, approval workflow performance, session editing, billing accuracy, draft stability, and group session fixes.
New Features
- Added the Enrollment Report and the Consent and Services Report to the admin dashboard, giving admins immediate visibility into student consent and clearance status upon login.
- Introduced Caseload Transfer, allowing admins and supervisors to transfer a practitioner’s session history with their students to another practitioner. This feature is accessed from the practitioner’s profile page and is intended for use when a practitioner leaves an organization.
Approval and Workflow Improvements
- Improved loading speeds on the Approvals page, benefiting supervisors and streamlining their day-to-day workflow.
- Expanded session editing so that all sessions can now be edited, with the exception of submitted claims. Claims in “Ready for Submission” status can be edited for up to five days.
Billing
- Revised the reasons displayed in the Billing Issues section of the Claims page to ensure they accurately reflect the actual issue with each specific claim.
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where draft sessions were being unexpectedly deleted or practitioners were unable to resume them. Draft sessions now behave as expected.
- Fixed an issue with deactivating and reactivating groups. Users can now activate and deactivate groups without encountering errors.
- Corrected a bug where marking a student as absent in a group session still generated a claim on their profile. Absent students will no longer have claims created for that session.
- Resolved issues with editing group sessions. Users can now edit group sessions regardless of status, including after rejection. When editing a group session for an individual student, the user is returned to the group session with that student pre-selected.
- Fixed a SQL error that occurred when filtering the Claims page by organization.
