Overview
This release focuses on supervisor routing, approval workflow performance, practitioner usability, student visibility, medical necessity documentation, and platform stability.
Approval and Supervision Improvements
- Fixed Tier 2 supervision routing so sessions created by practitioners with a Tier 2 supervisor are sent to the correct supervisor for review.
- Added a Not Applicable option to better support cases where a standard selection should not apply.
- Improved approval and homepage load performance for supervisors and admins.
Practitioner Workflow Fixes
- Resolved a small issue affecting practitioner profile visits.
- Fixed a UI issue where rejected services appearing in history could block a practitioner from editing the session.
- Restored the ability for practitioners to open notes from the service series screen.
- Corrected an auto-population issue that could incorrectly change a service date to the year 2025.
Student Visibility and Documentation Improvements
- Updated the inactive student view so users can still open the student record and review history, content, and related information.
- Inactive students remain read-only and cannot be checked into a new service.

- Updated CPU sizing and load balancer availability to improve overall platform stability.
