Approval Workflow Improvements
- Improved the accuracy of approval-related queue counts by resolving issues tied to the legacy "Pending Claims" workflow, now reflected under the updated approval buckets.
- Fixed issues with how service dates appeared in the supervisor approval queue.
- Resolved cases where services continued to appear as pending after they had already been approved.
- Fixed group approval items not appearing correctly in supervisor queues.
- Improved overall performance for approval-related pages through backend query optimization.
- Corrected supervisor assignment behavior for claim approval routing, including support for CHW, CWC, and PPS counselor workflows.
Group Session and Service Editing Updates
- Resolved issues that made group sessions harder to edit within the platform.
- Improved editing consistency so practitioners can update services in the "Ready for Submission" state during the allowed edit window.
- Restored visibility for supervisor notes in cases where assignment relationships had been re-established.
Student Visibility Improvements
- Added support for viewing inactive students directly in the platform.
- Inactive student profiles remain viewable so users can access student history and details, while preventing actions that should no longer be available.
- Updated student cards to show missing requirements at a glance, including consent, billing consent, and insurance-related gaps.
Reporting and Export Improvements
- Improved claims export handling so reports generate more safely and reliably under heavier system demand.
- Consolidated claims export output into a single file for easier review and use.
