Healthy Campus Admin users will now enjoy improved visibility into their claims with the launch of our improved claims buckets! This release will provide a more helpful and descriptive overview of the lifecycle of a claim as it moves from submitted to paid.
Enhancements include:
- Each bucket is more clearly labeled and assigned a number in a sequence, so users can better understand the order of each stage in the process
- In addition to dollar amount, users can now also see the count of claims in each bucket
- Users can now click directly on any bucket to launch into a complete report for that stage in the process, including an exportable list for all claims in that bucket
We hope the additional information and reporting capabilities will help districts identify their progress, make better and more informed decisions, and be in a better position to provide updates to district leadership.
Note: some enhancements, such as the actual graphs in the buckets, and ability to export, are temporary limited and may be delayed over the next two weeks. Check back here for updates!
