This how-to article outlines the steps for practitioners to save and resume drafts during student visits in the Healthy Campus platform.
Key Steps
Step 1: Pause the Session 0:30
- During a student visit, if you need to pause the session:
- Click on the pause button in the middle of the session screen.
- This action will allow you to save your current session as a draft.
Step 2: Access the Student Profile 0:38
- After saving a draft, navigate to the student profile and then to the drafts folder.
Step 3: Locate the Drafts Folder 0:49
- In the student profile, find the drafts folder:
- You will see a list of drafts, including any from past sessions.
Step 4: Delete a Draft (if necessary) 1:00
- If you decide not to finish a session:
- Click on the delete session button to remove the draft.
Step 5: Resume the Draft Session 1:09
- To continue working on a saved draft:
- Go back to the drafts folder.
- Click on the resume session button to finish the visit as normal.
Tips
- Regularly check the drafts folder to keep track of any unfinished sessions.
- Use the delete function for drafts that are no longer needed to maintain a clean workspace.
