This how-to article outlines the steps to log into your Healthy Campus account securely and efficiently!
Note: For security purposes and to safeguard sensitive student health data, Healthy Campus requires for each login both the use of a regular password that you will setup on your first login in addition to a two-factor authenticated "one time password" (or OTP) that is sent to your email.

Key Steps
Step 1: Initial Setup Login 0:00
- Go to the Healthy Campus login screen.
- Enter your email address and click 'Submit'.
- As a first-time user, you will be prompted to create a password.
Step 2: Password Creation 0:24
- Create a password that meets the following requirements:
- Minimum of 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
- Submit the created password.
Step 3: One-Time Password (OTP) Setup 0:40
- You will now be prompted to re-enter the password you just created.
Step 4: Receive OTP 1:32
- Request the one-time password to be sent to your email.
- Check your email for the OTP.
- Enter the OTP along with your regular password.
- Submit your long-term password and the OTP to log into the system.
Step 5: Logging in Again Later 2:10
- Return to the Healthy Campus login screen.
- Enter your email address.
- Optionally, choose to trust the device to skip OTP for future logins.
Important Security Notes
- Healthy Campus will NEVER ask for your password or OTP as part of our support services.
- If using a public device, do not click the "trust this computer" checkbox to ensure security.
- Always log out after your session to protect your account!
