Objective
This how-to article outlines the steps to edit, clone, or delete service templates in the Healthy Campus platform for admins and supervisors.
Key Steps
1. Accessing the Services Tab 0:14
- Log in to the Healthy Campus platform.
- Navigate to the Services tab to view all existing services in the library.
2. Navigating to Custom Forms and Services 0:24
- Click on the Custom Forms and Services tab to access the editing area for your services.
3. Selecting a Service to Edit or Clone 0:42
- Locate the specific session or service you wish to edit or clone.
- Click anywhere on the service name to open the form editor.
4. Editing a Service Form 1:01
- In the form editor, you can:
- Make the form active or inactive.
- Active = visible for practitioners for sessions
- Inactive = not visible to practitioners for sessions; visible only to admins
- Click the Edit button to:
- Rename the form.
- Add a description.
- Change billing or scoring options.
- Update the diagnosis code.
- Add / update form fields.
- Make the form active or inactive.
5. Cloning a Service Form 1:35
- To clone a form, open the desired service by clicking on it from the Custom Forms & Services tab.
- Click on the Clone option to create an exact copy of the form.
- Update the name of the cloned form and make any necessary changes.
6. Deleting a Service Form 2:19
- If you want to permanently remove a service:
- Select the service you wish to delete.
- Click on the Delete option to remove it from your account.
Notes
- Ensure that you have the necessary permissions (admin or supervisor) to edit, clone, or delete services.
- Be cautious when deleting services, as this action is irreversible and will permanently remove the service from the platform. Consider making it inactive instead.
- Deleting services doesn't modify any existing documented sessions.
