Objective
This how-to article outlines the steps for administrators to store and organize default consent language in the Healthy Campus platform.
Key Steps
1. Accessing the Services Tab 0:20
- Log in to the Healthy Campus platform as an administrator.
- Navigate to the Services tab.
- Click on the Consents tab to access consent management.
2. Uploading Consent to Treat Language 0:41
- Scroll down to the consent text area.
- Click on the text area to activate the text editor.
- If you have consent language prepared in a document, copy it.
3. Pasting Consent Language 1:09
- Paste the copied consent-to-treat language into the text area.
- Click on Create to save the consent language.
4. Signing the Attestation 1:43
- Review the attestation requirements that pop up.
- Sign the attestation to confirm that you have reviewed the requirements.
- Click Submit to save the consent-to-treat.
5. Uploading Consent to Bill Language 2:03
- Navigate back to the consent section for consent to bill.
- Paste the consent-to-bill language into the text area.
- Click on Create to save the consent language.
6. Finalizing the Consent to Bill 2:20
- Sign the attestation for the consent-to-bill.
- Click Submit to finalize and save the consent-to-bill.

- Ensure that the consent language is reviewed by your legal and up-to-date before uploading.
