1. For help with login, insurance upload, or consent forms:
Contact your school or district administrator. They can help reset your access or walk you through the Family Portal.
2. For questions about your child’s services:
Reach out to the school counselor, wellness coach, or practitioner working with your student. They can answer questions about upcoming appointments, goals, or documentation.
3. For questions about privacy or your child’s data:
Ask your school’s program administrator. They can provide more information about how student data is protected and used.
Healthy Campus does not offer direct tech support to families. All support is routed through your school or district to protect your child’s privacy and ensure quick help from someone who knows your student.
