PaySpan is being phased out as the processing party and Zelis/E Payment Center is being phased in. You can now register for an E PAYMENT CENTER ACCOUNT, instructions are:
- Navigate to https://carelon.epayment.center/Registration and complete the registration form
- After 3-5 days an email will be sent to enroll
- After that, a 2nd email will be sent to create account and password
- Once the account is set up, you can login to set-up payment, banking information
- Once steps 1-4 are completed the start of verification will start
You can call EPC if you have any questions. They can be reached at 855.774.4392. Identify yourself with your tax ID #. Whomever calls will need the tax ID/banking info/NPI and all pertinent information.
Whomever sets up the account will have master Admin privileges and will need to make Jorge Sanchez (jsanchez@healthycampus.com) a user as well.
