The Healthy Campus Family Portal uses a secure, easy-to-use login system called a One-Time Password (OTP). This helps protect your child’s information while making it simple for you to access their records—no need to remember a password.
Here’s how to log in:

Go to your school’s Healthy Campus link
If you were sent a custom link by your school, use that. If not, visit: https://platform.healthycampus.com

Enter your email address
Use the email your school has on file for you.

Check your email inbox
You’ll receive a one-time password (a 6-digit code) in a message from Healthy Campus. This code is valid for 10 minutes.

Enter the code on the login screen
Once entered, you’ll be logged in and directed to your family’s dashboard.
That’s it—no password to remember.
Every time you log in, just repeat this process with a new code.
Troubleshooting tips:
- Didn’t get the email? Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure your school has your most current email address. If you do not know what email is on file or if you do not have an email on file, please contact your school district.
- Note that emails added to your district may take 24 hours to populate in this system.
Your Family Portal gives you access to:
- Your child’s support history
- Consent forms to review and sign
- Insurance upload tools
- Secure messaging (in some districts)
